TAMMY DE LONG | CEO

Fix & flip, Short-term & long-term rental properties

Tammy is a Realtor and Investor with over 20 years of experience in the industry. She has managed over $13M in property across California and expanded her personal assets across 6 new markets. She is passionate about educating first-time home buyers and investors and spends her free time with her children and grandchildren.

JESSICA LEMON | COO

Commercial multi-units, long term hedge against inflation

Former firefighter turned investor and entrepreneur, Jessica now has 5 years of experience playing matchmaker between homeowners and properties. Her goal is to create equitable wealth for her clients through long-term commercial property investments. She also holds the title of super mom to her three children that are her “WHY”

Jessica and Tammy have almost 40 years of combined experience in the real estate space and they both have a heart of servitude. ITB Enterprises Inc was created to help people get into real estate investing through education and are given opportunities to invest with small amounts of capital.
